Who said the winter months weren’t good for touring? Kehlani are proving the notion completely wrong by launching their Crash World Tour in September. The tour shares a name with the artists’ new album, which they’ll be heavily promoting in these concerts. Proving they’re not afraid of the cold, they’ll be in Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium on Tuesday, October 15th. Get ready for some soul, R&B, pop, and even a little bit of hip-hop with Kehlani gracing the stage.
Trio FLO is one of the opening acts on this night. They’re rising stars in the R&B world. Comparisons usually won’t help anyone, but it’s hard to see them and not think of another female trio that hit it big a while back. That’s right, we haven’t seen something quite like FLO since Destiny’s Child.
Atlanta’s own Anycia is also going on tour with Kehlani. She’s gonna be in charge of providing your hip-hop fix for the night. Anycia’s proven that she can spit beats with the best of them, and she doesn’t even need music to freestyle with unique lyrics. These two opening acts are sure to get you ready for the main show. Particularly at this stop on October 15 in Denver. It’s already going to be a bit cold by then!

At this point, it’s probably fair to say that Kehlani were the true talent behind America’s Got Talent contestant band, PopLyfe. The band was assembled mostly from students at the Oakland School of Arts. Kehlani were one of those students, but they left the group soon after the show ended. Since then, Kehlani’s career has seen nothing but ups, while most other members of the group haven’t been able to really take off. If you’re a massive fan of Kehlani, you may have been a part of the Instagram live in which fans helped the artist create the set list for this Crash World Tour. Even if that wasn’t the case, there’s no denying the fact that this is meant to be one of the best shows you’ll be able to experience, particularly in these latter months of the year. Both FLO and Anycia bring their own vibe to the event. While there would be nothing wrong with spending an entire night listening to soulful voices that mix of pop and hip-hop in both the opening acts and even Kehlani’s own songs, puts this event on another level. The Fillmore Auditorium’s not going to really know what hit on this October night!
Here are a few things to keep in mind before picking your seats for this event! The floor area is obviously the one that’s closest to the stage. However, unlike on some nights at the Fillmore Auditorium, it won’t be an open standing-room area. There are different rows and seating options available. The VIP area is a little bit off to the side. If you want more breathing room, this is where you may want to be on October 15th. The tables, which are also off to the side, can provide another type of upscale experience. That’s the case even if your view of the stage is better from the floor.
