The Fillmore – Denver is dedicated to providing a fun and relaxing time for everyone. Byt to ensure that everyone is safe, they’ve created a set of rules and policies that must be followed. Please take a moment to read and review these policies as guests found in violation may be ejected without refund. If you have any questions, please call the venue at (303)837-0360.

There are several rules and checks in place at the Fillmore Auditorium Denver. Upon entry, all guests are subject to standard searches. Bags will be checked and sized according to venue regulations — taking prohibited items can result in refused entry. A coat check is available at most shows, starting from $5 per item.

Bag Policy

The Fillmore Auditorium Denver permits bags up to specific dimensions. Currently, guests can take bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” in size, while all non-clear bags are subject to further searches. Items over this size will not be permitted.

Camera Policy

SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that the venue will be allowing cameras in.

Cashless Payments Policy

Fillmore Auditorium is a cashless venue. When attending a show at the Fillmore Auditorium, outlets inside the venue will only accept cashless payment methods. Please take along a credit card, debit card, or mobile wallet. If this is not possible, venue staff may help you exchange cash for cashless services.

Child Policy

Most shows at the Fillmore Auditorium are 16+ ONLY. For 16+ shows, ALL GUESTS must be at least 16 years old and will be required to show valid government ID to prove age and identity. Underage guests will NOT gain admission on 16+ shows even if accompanied by an adult. Some events may welcome younger guests — this information will be given at the time of booking.

On occasion, an event will be listed as All-ages. Only for those events, guests of all ages are welcome. For these events, all guests must have a ticket regardless of age.

Coat Check Policy

When weather dictates a coat check area is available inside the main entry to the right side adjacent to the Merchandise area on the South end of the building. $5 per item fee.

Doors Time

Doors generally open one hour before the show’s scheduled start time.

Lost and Found Policy

If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit our guest service staff at the Medical area near the VIP desk to see if it has been turned in. After events please call their main office at 303-837-0360.

Prohibited Items Policy

The following items are not allowed inside of the Auditorium. Please leave these items at home or in your vehicle. Items found on your person inside of the venue may be confiscated and discarded.

  • Weapons of any kind including but not limited to guns, knives, box cutters
  • Items that may be used as projectiles
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Large Bags or large backpacks
  • Water bladders such as camelbacks
  • Illegal Drugs (prescription medication allowed only in bottle with current valid prescription and only in amounts needed for the duration of the event)
  • Marijuana in any form
  • Cameras with extended lenses (only small pocket-sized cameras without extended lenses or phone cameras are allowed), based on artist approval
  • Recording devices
  • Computers or tablets such as iPads
  • Selfie-sticks
  • Signs larger than 8.5″x11″
  • Totems
  • Hula-hoops, poi and any other item that may intrude on other guest’s space
  • Glow sticks
  • Stickers
  • Flyers/advertisement for other events

Re-entry Policy

Re-Entry is not permitted at The Fillmore Auditorium. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Smoking Policy

When visiting the Fillmore Denver, you cannot smoke inside the venue. As an indoor venue, all types of smoking are prohibited. At certain shows there may be outdoor smoking areas, however, many events do not allow re-entry.

If you’re attending a show at the Fillmore Auditorium Denver, you have various parking options. Your decision will likely come down to cost versus ease of access and peace of mind.

The Fillmore Auditorium – Denver is located at 1510 Clarkson Street, Denver CO 80218. We recommend that you input the address into your favorite GPS device or map making app to find the best directions to the venue. This will also help you avoid any closures or delays that may be going on at that time. We also recommend that you arrive no later than 40 minutes before the show, so that you have plenty of time to find parking and get through security, as late arrivals may be asked to wait in the lobby for certain shows.

If you’re planning to take public transportation or ride share services, then The Fillmore is on the #15 Colfax RTD line with a stop across the street. The #15 is also accessed from the Colfax Ave. light rail stop. Ride share passengers can be dropped off near the front gates on the corner of Colfax and Clarkson.

Parking Options

VIP Parking

Premier parking is available for purchase directly from the venue. A VIP lot is located across the street from the Fillmore Auditorium, with an entrance from Colfax Avenue next to Gyros restaurant. At a typical show, gates will open around 4 p.m. and cost $40 per vehicle.

While premier parking costs the most, it is also the most seamless way to arrive at Fillmore. There are also plenty of options if you wish to take public transportation.

Private Parking Lots

Several non-affiliated private parking lots are also available in the neighborhood. You’ll find options on the surrounding Colfax, N. Ogden, and Corona streets, all offering a variety of spaces at different rates. Premier parking may also be available for purchase from these lots, but you will have to call and check.

Please note that these lots are not owned or operated by The Fillmore and they are not responsible for your vehicle. Please bring cash and credit as lots may vary in price and payment options.

Street Parking

Once you arrive, there is plenty of street and metered parking available in the blocks surround The Fillmore. Spaces not guaranteed.

Cheap Parking

There is also cheaper premier parking slightly further from the venue. This is located at the Morey Middle School playground, with an entrance at 13th Avenue between Emerson and Clarkson. As this is a school, gates open in the evening, and cars must leave after the show. Entrance costs from $22 depending on the event and day of the week.
